A little update from us 🖤

As Good Hair & Co continues to grow, we’re making a few changes to the way appointments are secured and managed.

From now on, a booking deposit will be required to confirm your appointment. This amount will be deducted from your final service total.

We know plans can change, so if you need to move or cancel your appointment, please give us more than 48 hours’ notice whenever possible.

Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will incur a fee of 30% of the original booking cost.

Our appointment times are carefully planned, and late cancellations can leave a space that is difficult to refill. This policy helps us protect our stylists , our time while continuing to provide the care and experience our clients know and love.

Thank you for respecting our team, their craft and the time set aside especially for you.

With love,
The Good Hair & Co team🖤
