We all know SPF is a summer essential … but here’s the question: are you using enough? 👀

It’s easy to underestimate just how much sunscreen we need to get the protection we’re expecting. So, save this SPF measure-up guide ... because knowing you need SPF is one thing, knowing how much to use is another! 😉

✨ For your face & neck: try the two-finger rule – apply a line of sunscreen along the length of your index and middle fingers

✨ For your body: measure it out – use around 1 teaspoon per major exposed area

And don’t forget to top up regularly, especially after swimming, sweating or towelling off.

So, next time you reach for your SPF, don’t just wing it … measure it! 😉☀️
