What is typically general disgust at having to go to the laundromat 😂 turned into an absolute nightmare yesterday when a machine malfunction turned an everyday laundromat visit into an hours-long debacle where our washing was held hostage 🥴

And... just when we thought the debacle was over, the universe was like 'Heeeyyyy 🤗 how about a hospital trip to finish your day off right?'

We thought we'd be here a few hours before being discharged... but, instead, we're napping on waiting room chairs and drinking what I imagine a half-drunk b**r full of cigarette butts tastes like 😂🥴

This story is sprinkled with dramatic effect for the lols, of course. Everyone is ok 🙏🏻 and we are crossing our fingers (although not too confidently) for discharge later today 🥹

And here I was thinking I might finally get to do my nails today.. psyyyych! 😂

I switched up my brushes this week to repair holes that I'd put in a couple of doors and frames installing locks in our rental. It was like slipping my favourite glove back on 🤤 ...literally and figuratively!
