The Sauna Wānaka

Things we highly recommend:
getting hot
getting cold
doing it again

See you on the bench.

Not to be dramatic but the lake today is literally sparkling ✨

Would be rude not to get in.

We feel you, Simone. We really do.
That feeling when you take off your shoes and the sauna is waiting for you…

Tomorrow’s Run Club is hosted by local legend Liam. Who’s coming?

About this morning ✨
We’re up and lighting the fire before you’ve even thought about your first coffee 🔥

Have you tried one of our early sessions?
Hot sauna, cold lake, then coffee. A pretty good way to start the day, if you ask us.

Wānaka gives us plenty of ways to be active. But this one isn’t only about the run.

It’s somewhere to go when Wednesday feels a little too much like Wednesday. A reason to leave the house, move beside other humans and finish the evening warm by the lake.

There’ll be guidance from Simone and Liam, space to run at your own pace, a cool-down stretch and three rounds in the sauna.

Come fast, slow, social or quiet.

This week + next week, join casually for $25 or use your existing pass.
