Barbers on Manners is a vibrant, walk-in and appointment-based barbershop located right on Manners Street.

We offer a wide range of services, blending the best of traditional barbering with modern techniques. Our shop is known for its friendly, down-to-earth vibe where people of all ages, backgrounds, and genders feel welcome.

We’re currently on the lookout for an experienced barber to join our team!

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Minimum 2 years of barbering experience
✅ Strong skills in skin fades, styling, grooming & beard work
✅ Great communication and customer service
✅ Passion for the craft and willingness to grow
✅ A positive attitude and solid work ethic
✅ Must be a New Zealand resident or hold a valid visa

Grateful for every single person who sat in our chairs, walked past, had a yarn, or just brought good vibes to the street. This is what it’s about, we are here for the community, the craft, and showing up when it counts.

Less than five weeks till Christmas, let’s lock it in.
Just grabbed the team for A shot out front: Nils, Geo, Chris and Boaz, fully dialled in and ready for the December spike.

For the whole month we’ll have three barbers on deck every single day, Monday through Sunday, to keep the workflow smooth and make sure everyone gets in before the year wraps.
