**Magnesium magic ✨**

Magnesium has been a total game-changer for me over the last few years—and the good news is, you don’t need to spend $50 on sprays or fancy supplements to get the benefits. I felt off after having magnesium supplements and had scary dreams so prefer other methods but everyone is different!

🛁 **Transdermal boost:**
An epsom salts bath is one of the best ways to get magnesium into your body. It helps draw out toxins, and since your skin is the largest organ, it's a super efficient way to absorb it.

🌱 **Food as medicine:**
Every morning I have a tablespoon each of pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds—both great magnesium sources and help to remove parasites in the gut. (My dog loves pumpkin seeds.) I also have a teaspoon of almond butter (from the machine at Binn Inn—no additives!), which gives a good dose of zinc. Hot tip: if you’re doing red light therapy, a little almond butter beforehand can enhance the benefits!

💧 **DIY mag spray for pain + daily use:**
After experiencing some unexpected long term health side effects (from the Covid vaccine), I started using magnesium spray— It’s made a big difference for sleep, tummy pain, headaches, and pain in general. (Full list below of other benefits.) I also made the connection that the same mag spray recipe was a great natural deodorant and after trialing a few other natural, aluminum free deodorants, making my own and using one all rounder spray has been a win.

I make it myself using magnesium chloride flakes (available online), mixed with purified water in a spray bottle. I add a few drops of sage essential oil and use it as both a deodorant and pain spray. It’s simple, natural, and powerful.

Healing with water:

Often we go to medication, or the quickest way to heal the symptoms of pain instead of preventive methods!

I am a big fan of meditation, energy healing, frequency healing and giving my body, mind and soul what it needs so I don't get in a state of dis-ease.

If you're feeling run down, doing more isn't always the answer and blanketing the symptoms isn't going to help. It is much easier to deal with issues that arise to stop them in their tracks, then trying to recover from something we could work on now.

If you are run down, tonight prepare yourself some healing water for the week to drink tomorrow. Boil your water to purify if you don't have a purifier, and add in whatever you need. Herbs, ginger, rose water etc, depending on what you instinctively feel will help.

One small change, will make your life easier. Focus on rest, instead of recovery. Preventative instead of prescriptive. Our food is our medicine. Our bodies are self healing. Give yourself what you need.

We will often go externally to someone or something, even algorithms these days to heal ourselves.. our body already knows. Tune in and spend time living in alignment with health, over weightless. Selfcare over stress.
