Father's Day is this Sunday, and if you haven't sorted a gift yet, we've got you.
Staying warm before and after a sauna makes the whole thing better, and our hooded towels do exactly that. They're the same ones we wear ourselves, so we can vouch for them.
Our new Halo sauna hats and mats are also now in stock, and our gift cards are always a safe bet if you'd rather let him choose himself.
Everything's in the shop section of our website, www.scenicsaunas.co.nz. To guarantee collect by Sunday ensure hooded towels are ordered by Friday and Halo items by Saturday.
We're spring cleaning in the most literal sense, packing up at Worser Bay and setting up at Scorching Bay.
Everything you come to us for stays exactly as it is. The only thing changing is what's in front of you when you gaze out our window and step outside to cool down.

Maintaining your self-care routine or ready to begin a new one can be challenging in winter, but small adjustments and consistency make all the difference.
As the weather cools, we move our outdoor yoga sessions indoors so you can continue enjoying the benefits of movement.
Every Saturday from 10 am, we run a one-hour yoga session followed by a 1.5-hour sauna session, with a yoga-only option also available.

With the change in seasons, we asked what you’d like to see more of?
It’s been great hearing what you love, what you want us to keep doing, and what else you’d like to see from us.
So, what’s changing….
1. We’ve already switched some of our 1.5 hour shared sessions to 1 hour, giving you more 1 hour options. We will keep reviewing the timetable and make changes where we can.
2. We heard you say you wanted a silent session later in the day/evening. So, starting this Wednesday (1st July) we are going to trial a new session – "Connect & Unwind" in our 7.30pm session time. This session is the best of both worlds, with the first half of the session a social style where you can talk if you want to. We will then transition to a silent style session with soft background music and no talking for the second half – the perfect way to unwind and prepare for a great night’s sleep.
