Dear Yoga Fam,

It’s now official, I got my final diagnosis of Gastritis apparently my stomach decided to take a vacation 😆
In the light of this, I’ve decided to take an indefinite break from teaching and running my beloved classes 💕

I have been so blessed in every single way possible to have your support and getting to build this amazing community and connections with each and every single one of you 💕💕💕

No words can describe how this journey has meant to me, and been beyond grateful for every breath we took together as one 💕💕

Although tough and extremely hard to take this step, listening to our bodies and moving with care has been a huge part of our practice, and I believe that this is what my body needs from me right now.

I hope you find peace in your hearts and wish to take all what we have practiced together to your next chapter with a teacher that resonates with you 💕💕💕

Last class will be next Thursday the 24th of September.
