After a lifetime in the industry, weddings, events, and everything in between, I’m entering a new chapter and I want to be upfront about what that looks like.

This year I’m taking very limited bookings, with a focus on in-studio appointments in the Wellington CBD. A small number of mobile wedding bookings are available, but these will be extremely limited.

My focus this year is at home with my three kids. My youngest arrived in October with a prognosis so serious we were offered a late term termination. We said no, and he has defied all odds since. After everything we have been through to get him here, I will not give him or his siblings anything less than the most present parent and the most adventurous life I can give them.

I’ll also be setting aside a small number of complimentary bookings for people navigating genuinely hard times. Making people feel good is the whole reason I started doing this and somewhere along the way, that got lost. Life isn’t always easy, and sometimes all it takes to turn it around is a kind gesture. I want to get back to that.
