Janine – Beauty & Wellness Therapist

As a young girl, I loved massaging my mother’s feet and seeing how relaxed and cared for she felt afterwards. That passion for helping others feel better has stayed with me ever since and led me into the beauty and wellness industry.

With 8+ years of experience, I’ve found my passion in massage, reflexology, and body treatments, believing that wellness therapies can truly help heal the body and improve quality of life. I love creating a calm, nurturing space where clients can relax, unwind, and take time for themselves.

At Urban Sanctuary, I feel incredibly grateful to be part of such a supportive team, where every person is valued for what they bring. It’s a place where genuine care and connection shine through in every treatment.

Outside of the spa, I enjoy spending time with family, reading a good book, discovering great coffee spots, and connecting with nature. My favourite self-care reminder? Take a few moments every day to slow down, reflect on the little wins, and be kind to yourself always.
