Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, today we donated $3,550 to Chalten’s Givealittle page.

Our hearts are with her family as they navigate the unimaginable loss of Chalten earlier this week.

We know this money won’t change what’s happened, but we hope it eases even a small part of the financial pressure during this incredibly difficult time.

Thank you for helping us support someone who meant so much to us.

In time, and as Chalten requested, we’ll share a little more of her story alongside some of her hair photos. 💕

If you've spoken to Laurie about hair loss or extensions over the past few years, you'll probably know Chalten as the inspiration behind her passion for both. If not, here is part of her story, shared by her sister, Jericho:

In 2023, Chalten was diagnosed with stage 4 bowel cancer.

Since then, she has faced every appointment, scan and treatment with incredible strength, courage and determination, never giving up hope.

Recently, our family received the heartbreaking news that her cancer has progressed, and we have been told that time is now measured in weeks rather than months.

Her husband has stepped away from work so he can spend this precious time by her side and support their family. No one should have to choose between paying the bills and being with the person they love during the hardest time of their lives.

A Givealittle page has been created to help ease the financial pressure, covering everyday expenses, travel to appointments, and allowing the family to focus on what matters most: making memories together.

If you're unable to donate, simply sharing this post or keeping their family in your thoughts means more than you know.
