Just sent these off to the Gattung Foundation in Auckland - these Lavender Eye Pillows and Lavender Hearts will be going to the "Look Good, Feel Good" program supporting ladies living with Breast Cancer.

My heart goes out to everyone affected by Cyclone Gabrielle.
We have been extremely fortunate during this weather event, but it could have been far worse.
I have been working in my sewing room , creating this beauty. I bought this fabric recently from the local Op Shop and decided to recycle and refashioning it into this bag.
Although it's not completely finished yet but it gives you an idea of what my Recycled & Refashioned Tote bags will look like.
My bags are bespoke and completely unique. I have added Recycled Tote bags to my website.

The Sun is out, and it's a beautiful day.
I have been foraging and collected all these Calendula petals - trying something a bit different today.
Calendula Flowers are such happy flowers - bright and beautiful 😍
I'm hoping to use these dried petals in the coming weeks in soaps and balms.

It's been a busy day - My Thyme, Rosemary, and Watercress seedlings arrived.
Like they say, "No time like the present - so we got planting. - 32 Watercress, 14 Rosemary and 18 Thyme plants are now all planted and waiting for the rain.

My certificate arrived a few days ago.
Although I have belonged to the Lavender Growers Association of New Zealand since 2021 - they have recently started issuing Certificate of Membership - a great idea 💡
All my Lavender Eye Pillows and Lavender Hearts are sold with a Lavender Station label attached - that's where it all began. 💜
