Zucchini Noodles with Fresh Tomato Sauce

This tasty recipe comes from our Janesce 7 Days of Me Vital Cleanse book.

4-6 zucchinis
6 tomatoes, chopped
Big bunch of fresh basil
200 grams of sundried tomatoes
1 clove garlic
1 red capsicum, cut into pieces
Splash of olive oil and Braggs All Purpose Seasoning
Himalayan or sea salt and pepper

Blend all of the ingredients except the zucchini, into a tasty, delicious smooth sauce.

Spiralize 4–6 zucchinis into noodles or slice them with a mandolin then add the sauce and combine.
