I have always had an interest in natural medicines, herbs and healing, completing workshops and courses before undertaking my massage training. I have been a massage therapist for the past 14 years and I love my massage work and the opportunity to met so many amazing people.
My training has incorporated relaxation, aromatherapy, reflexology and acupressure. I use a combination of techniques in my massage, I generally will make an oil or balm using aromatherapy oils that I selected for you personally. You will find that each time you come the massage may be different as I work on the area of the body that is needing it the most, so each massage is tailored to what you and your body require at that time. Generally, your massage is an hour long.
My aim is to help you and your body to realise it is okay to rest and relax, it is a time that isβ Souly for Youβ a chance for you to just be still, calm, recharge and enjoy your you time.
Massage is a great way to relax those tired muscles be it from training, work, stress and our busy life style. Massage benefit mind body and spirit by allowing yourself to stop, breath and relax and allowing natural healing to start, the more you do things to honour and look after yourself, the more joy and energy you gain, massage is a great way to start accomplishing this.
