Just a bit of housekeeping as we head into the new year…

I understand life gets busy and things can pop up at the last minute but it’s time to enforce a cancellation policy.

A booking email reminder is sent 72 hours prior to your appointment so this is the perfect time to get in touch if you need to make any changes. 🙌🏻

All online bookings will require a 50% deposit which will be credited towards your treatment.

Any cancellations/changes within 48 hours will forfeit this deposit - otherwise it will be transferred to your next appointment.

No shows with no contact will be charged 100% of the treatment cost with no option to rebook. 🙃

Please check that your booking confirmation email is correct eg. treatments, day, time, length of appointment etc.. this ensures a seamless appointment 😉

Reminder emails have the ‘add to calendar’ option for instant syncing with your phones calendar! How good 🗓️👏🏻

Download the ‘Fresha for customers’ app.. there you can book and manage your appointments online up to 48 hours prior.

I completely understand sickness, bereavement and special circumstances so of course this is assessed on a case by case basis! 🫶🏻
