There’s a new wildflower growing in my garden 🤭🌸

2026 has already brought some big, beautiful shifts… and this one might be my favourite yet.

I’ll be slowing down a little later this year as we welcome this new little soul earthside, but don’t worry — I’m not going anywhere. The dread magic will still be happening ✨

I’ll share updates with all you dread uncles and aunties as the seasons shift, especially around bookings and studio time.

Today I got to install this beautiful peekaboo set with wool extensions — soft, earthy, and full of character. Wool is such a lovely alternative to synthetic hair… lighter, more natural, and it just feels different in the best way.

I’m honestly in love with how these came together — a little wild, a little grounded, and completely unique to the person wearing them 🌿

This set came to me with some heavy matting at the roots and quite a few locks joining together.

Situations like this can feel overwhelming for people, but most of the time it’s just a matter of patience, time, and gentle work.

Bit by bit we separated the matting, rebuilt the roots, and helped the locks find their structure again.

Nothing rushed. Just careful hands and respect for the hair.
