Good evening all

This saddens me to have to put this in place but due to the recent no shows I am left with no choice.

These current testing times are hard on all,especially business owners.

The constant inflation on the financial world has put an increasing pressure on business owners.small and large

We at blades always understand when emergencies arise and you can not come to your appointment and have to cancel without notice.

We send out reminders 72 hours prior and ring clients when they haven’t arrived to make sure that they are ok, but recently we have had clients that have done this time and time again without the simple respect of getting in touch, most of the time luckily we can fill these half hour to three hour gaps.

Sometimes unfortunately we can not and that falls back on my business and my family.

We respect each and everyone of our clients but we do expect to have the same respect back.

We will be implementing this procedure from tomorrow. (Cancelling in the 24 hour window with an honest reason no fee applied)
