Introducing our amazing Senior Skin therapist Alana!

Hi, I’m Alana! 💕 I’ve been in the beauty industry for 4 years and absolutely love all things skin! I have a passion for skin health and skin science, and especially enjoy performing consultations and advanced skin treatments to help my clients achieve healthy, glowing skin.

I love making my clients feel comfortable, confident and cared for, because I truly believe “when you look good, you feel good!” ✨

Outside of work, I’m a proud mum and love spending time with my family. You’ll usually find me with a caramel latte in hand! ☕️💗

This will be our 4th time entering the Northland Business Excellence Awards. We have won it twice- 2023 & 2025- can we go for a trifecta? 🏆🏆🏆
I’ve found entering the awards is a great opportunity to have an external perspective sift through our business and highlight what we are doing well at and what needs working on.

It was lovely to see Susan and Jamie again, and show them how our business has changed
In such a positive way.
Often my brain processes things differently, so after the judges left I found all of things they were asking about (and I promptly emailed them through) 🤦🏻‍♀️

My proudest moment was sitting back and letting my team talk about what it’s like to work here- our values, the support and the general culture of the business, hearing them speak unscripted made my heart sing.
