One of the reasons I love sharing Reiki is because I see how deeply it supports the nervous system.

We live in a world that constantly asks us to do more, think more & keep going, often without realising the impact this has on our bodies. Many of us spend our days in a state of tension, where the nervous system rarely has the chance to truly switch off.

During a Reiki session, I often notice a beautiful shift. Breathing becomes slower, the body begins to soften, & the mind grows quiet. It is as though the nervous system finally feels safe enough to let go.

When we enter this state of deep relaxation, the body can move away from 'fight or flight' & into 'rest and restore' — the place where healing, repair & balance naturally begin. This is why so many of my clients leave feeling lighter, calmer & more connected to themselves.

For me, Reiki is a gentle reminder that healing doesn't always come from doing more. Sometimes, it begins by allowing ourselves the space to simply receive.

THE SACRED VALLEY CALLS

There is something about the Sacred Valley that words can never fully describe.

Yesterday I was talking to a friend who said “Cuzco & the Sacred Valley have a very special energy. That's why so many tourists feel the pull to this place.”

That's so true. This is not just a place to visit. When you come, you feel it.
The Sacred Valley calls you to honour Pachamama, the Apus, the ancestors & the wisdom that has lived in these lands for thousands of years.

It gently reminds you to slow down.

To be present.

To reconnect with nature, with community &, most importantly, with yourself.

There is a quiet magic here. The first day we were here, the entire valley felt magical. And as we were heading into the nearest town by public transport, I looked out the window & I saw the strangest & most powerful rainbow which was visible only on the mountain, not in the sky. I felt as if the mountain was welcoming us and the confirmation that we are on the right path.

This magic isn't only found in the breathtaking mountains or the ancient sites.

It is in the sunrise over the valley.

The sound of the river.

The smile of the local people.

The condor soaring overhead.

The silence that allows you to hear your own heart again.

Little by little, the Sacred Valley invites you to let go of who you think you should be and remember who you truly are.

THE POWER OF INTENTION

A couple of days ago, I had a magical experience.
I experienced first-hand how, when we connect with our true selves and create a clear intention, we can manifest and create miracles.

We went to a very large market where we had been told to ask for Rosalinda, a seller we had never met.

Trying to find her was like swimming in an ocean of people.

As we arrived, we stood to one side of the market and I smiled at the challenge.

At that precise moment, I called in to connect with my higher self and focused on activating my third eye. I asked to be guided and shown the way to this person.

We walked around and, at one point, I decided to ask someone, hoping they would know her. Without hesitation, I let my instinct lead me.

I walked straight up to one lady, stood in front of her and asked,

"Do you know Rosalinda?"

To my surprise, she looked at me, smiled and said,

"It's me."

I was in awe. I had to double-check.

"Are you the daughter of Felicita?" I asked.
She smiled again.

"Yes!"

How many times do we doubt ourselves or fail to create a strong intention, allowing negative thoughts and doubt to take over?

Once again, the Universe showed me what we are capable of creating.

The power is within.
