Yes, I can definitely say that this product has zero white cast, is non-sticky, and lightweight. However, the light tone-up effect is not noticeable on me, nor to my husband's as well (Note: my hubby has deeper skin tone than me). Fragrance-wise this has no scent, making it ideal for those with sensitive skin and nose.
