Foodie Friday!!
Here's a great poppyseed fruit salad for summertime
Ingredients:
8 cups mixed fruit (I used strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, blackberries, mango, apples, and grapes)
3TBSP fresh orange juice
3TBSP honey
1TBSP fresh lemon juice
2TBSP sugar
1tsp poppy seeds
1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
1-2 drops ginger oil
Handful of fresh mint
Directions:
Place the prepared fruit in a large bowl
Whisk together juices, sugar, poppyseeds, and ginger (oil and grated) until combined
Pour over fruit and toss well
Toss in a few mint leaves and use the rest as a garnish (optional)
