It's about time na ako naman ang mag share. 💖
Last sunday lang nag try ako tignan kung ano ng current weight ko, as in try lang talaga. Di naman ako nag e-expect ng malaki, kasi kapag nag titimbang ako after mag exercise, wala naman nag babago sa numbers kahit nga point something lang eh, apaka damot! 🤦‍♀️
Nashookt lang talaga ako nung makita ko yung result. 😱
From 64kg to 59kg 😍
3 months ago nung mag start ako mag UGC, 3 months of consistently drinking. ☕💚
Wala akong binago sa lifestyle ko, kumakain pa din naman ako ng rice, napapa more pa nga kapag masarap ulam. 😋 Di ko pinipigilan kumain at gutumin yung sarili ko. The fact is nasusupress ng coffee yung cravings ko, di ako mabilis gutumin. Di ko na din nafifeel yung pagiging bloated. 🥰
3 months na din pala akong walang iniinom na kahit anong sugary drinks like juice, softdrinks, ayy may isang beses pala na nag milktea ako (last week lang naman yun). 🙈🙊🙉. Nagpaka loyal muna ako sa UGC at pag wawater therapy. Either naka warm water or hot water lang ako palagi. Sabi kasi kapag umiinom ka palagi ng malamig, namumuo yung oily foods na dina-digest mo.
