Paul Zedrick David, a 6 y/o child who is now blind and paralyzed due to SSPE (Subacute Sclerosing Panencephalitis). SSPE is a rare, progressive, disabling, and deadly brain disorder related to measles (rubeola) infection. He is currently taking maintenance medication to prevent him from having seizures. His disorder also affects his swallowing, the reason why he requires a nasogastric tube for nutrition.
