3. We recommend to only transact with our nurse on duty or authorized representative at the counter. Any under the table transactions are deemed invalid.
4. We will implement to open the medicine in front of you to see the legitimacy and for your safety as well.
5. Installment payment must be paid according to # of sessions required otherwise it will be forfeited after 7 days of non-payment.
6. Expiration of 5 sessions package is good until 1.5 months while 10 sessions is good until 3 months only.
7. Licensed Nurse will administer the session every Wednesday and Saturday.
