HELLO CLIENTS

I just want to give you a few tips on how to inquire properly especially po sa first timers natin.

HMUAs need the ff info para mas mabilis po ang transaction:

1. DATE OF THE EVENT

Wag po tayo matakot mag bitaw ng date agad agad. Some clients kasi takot na takot because they feel like confirmed booking na agad pag may date na silang binigay sa HMUA. Hindi po yun automatic, don’t worry! This is just the first part ng elimination process. Para kung hindi na available si HMUA on your preferred date, maka move na kayo sa next HMUA. This is also to lessen the time spent talking sa isang HMUA only to find out na di pala sya available. Yung andami mo nang nabitaw na info, umabot na kayo sa pegs, tapos di pala available si HMUA. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

2. TIME - anong oras dapat done with the hair and make up and NOT the time of the event.

This mistake is VERY COMMON. Clients often tell us kung anong oras ang event. TBH, most of the time, we don’t need to know that. Unless kasal to or debut, hindi po importante samin kung anong oras ang simula ng event as your travel time going to the venue might affect the time needed for you to be done with the HMU. Meaning, kung 12pm ang event pero 3 hours ang travel time mo going to the events place, that effectively made the event time irrelevant. Ang mas kelangan po namin malaman ay kung anong oras kayo dapat matapos o kung anong oras kayo aalis sa prep loc.

3. LOCATION - saan magpapaayos

Same as the time, unless ito ay kasal or debut or any event na kelangan namin mag stay ng buong araw, hindi po namin kelangan malaman kung saan ang venue ng event. Hindi naman po kami sasama doon 😅🤗 What we need to know is SAAN PO MAGPAPAAYOS.

4. TYPE OF EVENT

Our rates vary depending on the type of event. Clients often assume na iisa lang ang rate for all occasions. Sometimes ang tanong ay rekta “rates pls” lang ganern. Iba iba po ang rate depende sa kung ano ang event, kung kami ba ay marerequire mag stay for retouches or kung may change of looks ba. Specifying the type of event may help save time sa pag iinquire 😉

5. NUMBER OF HEADS

May mga HMUAs na nagbibigay ng discounts for multiple heads kaya kung gusto nyo yon, magparami kayo 🤣 CHAR HAHAHA. Kidding aside, mas maganda po if sabihin nyo kung ilang heads para alam ni HMUA if sya lang ba or kukuha sya ng team and if available ba ang team nya for your preferred date.

6. ROLE (for big events)

If ito po ay weddings or debut o kung ano mang big event, mas okay po if alam ni HMUA kung kayo ba yung main event or guest lang. Most of us po iba po ang rate for bridal/debutant VS guests/entou members. Pag sinabi nyo lang po kasi na “for a wedding” we’ll immediately assume na bride po kayo so baka magulat ka, guest ka lang tapos 20k ang quote sayo. Aray kooo. Haha.
