Who will be the next Miss Tibiao Eco Tourism?
Tibiao wears an encrusted camisole-serpentine fusion style with sheer plunging V-neckline designed with flower lace embroidery, accentuated with beads and sequins. The figure-hugging gown has a high slit down to the splaying fishtail silhouette made for a fluid stride. Carefully crafted glass beads, flower petals designs are scattered all over its straps, bodice, and waist areas to achieve subtlety and elegance. The gown speaks of Donna's fun and strong-willed character – truly Antiqueña.
