my daily routine, sarap nya. ang ginagawa ko para less ako sa gana ay imiinum ako ng ketofit coffee bago kumain. Sa totoo lang nung nagstart na ako nito talaga kunti nalang nakakain ko. kaya bumaba yung timbang ko.

Hi po okay po yung effect sakin . . Talagang nawala po yung cravings ko legit po talaga sya yung water lang okay kana kasi mahilig po ako sa pagkain talaga peru simula nung na try ko po itong keto fit dark choco parang hindi nako nag cacrave as in . Maganda po sya legit😍☺️
