YES

I could remove them easily with Bioderma's micellar water, but when I wore them to the movies where I cried a little (not Kim K ugly sobbing haha just one or two tears) and dabbed my eyes with a tissue, I didn't see any black marks on the tissue, and I didn't see any around my eyes either.

Clumpiness

4D

Neither are very clumpy, but will be clumpy if you apply multiple coats of course. I think 4D is very slightly less clumpy, but tbh 3D is alright too.

tbh I think both are so so similar that if you did a blind test, you wouldn't be able to definitively say which is which!!!

But I do prefer 3D more bc it's more volumizing and holds the curls better.
