Baguio Transient ni Basha is looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Online Admin to join our growing team! 🏡💛

Job Description:
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries on Facebook, Airbnb, and other booking platforms.
• Assist guests before, during, and after their stay by answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Provide booking information, rates, availability, and house rules.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other team members regarding check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests.
• Keep booking calendars and guest information organized.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and courteous communication with guests at all times.

Job Type:
✔ Full-Time
✔ Work From Home / Online

Preferred Qualifications:
• Preferably FEMALE/BABAE
• TAGA BAGUIO ONLY
• Excellent written English and Filipino communication skills.
• Patient, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Can work independently and manage multiple conversations.
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to learn and grow with the team.
• Graduate/ Undergrad
