Thank you to everyone who joined us and took part in our exciting activities — from striking a pose at the 𝙋𝙝𝙤𝙩𝙤 𝘽𝙤𝙤𝙩𝙝, leaving heartfelt messages on our 𝙒𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙤𝙛 𝙃𝙤𝙥𝙚, to taking home free 𝙗𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙠𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙧𝙨 that serve as daily reminders to care for your mind and heart.

Each photo, message, and small token symbolizes our shared commitment to breaking the stigma, spreading positivity, and finding purpose in every experience.

In celebration of 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡, the Supreme Student Council Balayan, in collaboration with the Office of Guidance and Counseling, hosted a seminar with the theme, “PurpoSSCive: Finding Meaning in What We Learn.” The seminar was held at BatStateU The NEU Balayan Campus Multi-Purpose Hall.

We are so grateful to everyone who participated in today’s Mental Health Awareness Seminar! Your presence and active engagement truly made this event special. It’s inspiring to see such a committed group of individuals coming together to discuss and raise awareness about the importance of mental health and well-being.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our exceptional speaker, 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐭. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐈𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐚 𝐓. 𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐳, for sharing her expertise and wisdom with us. Your insights have not only deepened our understanding of mental health but have also inspired us to be more intentional in the way we approach self-care and growth.

In line with this, the Office of Guidance and Counseling, in collaboration with the Supreme Student Council Alangilan-Balayan, invites you, Red Spartans of BatStateU The NEU Balayan, to a meaningful seminar on September 29, 2025 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN, at Batangas State University The NEU Balayan Campus Multipurpose Hall. This seminar encourages deeper understanding, promotes mental health support, and prevents suicidal actions.

Let's come together to raise awareness, reduce stigma, enhance general mental health among all students, and foster a more supportive community.
