CRISPY CHICKEN GARLIC BUTTER PARMESAN

INGREDIENTS:

1kg chicken (anypart chopped, seasoned with ½tsp salt, pepper, garlic powder)

Batter (chicken coating)

¾ cup flour
½ tbsp cornstarch
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt, pepper, garlic powder
1 cup water

Garlic parmesan flavor:

2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp parmesan
5 cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp oil
(Salt and pepper to taste)

SWEET AND SOUR CREAM DORY FILLET
(BREADED CREAM DORY)

Ingredients:
1 kg dory fish (seasoned with salt ,pepper, slice strips)
2 pcs bell pepper (cut into cubes)
1 big white onion (cut into cubes)
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1-2 pcs carrots
1 small can pineapple chunks

Batter for fish coating:
½ cup flour
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of Salt, pepper and garlic powder

Sauce:
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp catsup (or tomato paste/tomato sauce/tomato catsup)
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
Salt and pepper to taste.
