Kumain nang tama at balanse, maging aktibo, uminom ng sapat na tubig, at tiyaking may sapat na tulog at pahinga.

Isang healthy habit sa bawat araw tungo sa mas malusog na buhay.

Breastfeeding Awareness Month Celebration 2026

The Breastfeeding Awareness Month was conducted by Our Lady of Caysasay Medical Center, with Dr. Wallimark C. Sy, Neonatologist, as the guest speaker.

The activity was conducted in coordination with the Municipal Health Office (MHO), headed by Dr. Jay Joseph H. Lascano.

The event aimed to promote awareness on the importance of breastfeeding and optimal infant and young child feeding practices for the health and well-being of mothers and children.
