Celebrated Global Lifestyle Medicine Week with our DFCM family!

​To reinforce our commitment to holistic, preventive healthcare, our residents engaged in modules and didactics covering the 6 Pillars of Lifestyle Medicine, a vital reminder that wellness starts with us so we can better care for others.

​We also took these principles to the heart of our practice, our patients. Partnering with the LHMRH HEPS, our very own residents, Dr. Jade Sawey and Dr. Kristie Kalangeg, delivered wonderful health lectures on Hypertension and Obesity awareness to patients at the LHMRH Outpatient Department.

The LHMRH Department of Family and Community Medicine proudly joined the Step Up Challenge for Healthcare Worker Day, turning every step into a commitment to wellness, teamwork, and healthier living. This is our way of celebrating World Family Doctor Day.

Through this activity, the DFCM family achieved an incredible:
