PRENATAL MASSAGE will help in hormone regulation, relieving headache, back pain, leg cramps, joint pain, muscles spasms, nerve pain, and swelling. It will also help in reducing stress and anxiety, will help improve sleep pattern, will improve skin elasticity and will also help in reducing the appearance of stretch marks. When providing this service, we not only pamper the mothers-to-be but we also relax and soothe the baby as well.

2. POST PARTUM MASSAGE:
This technique is designed to help restore the woman's body to its prepregnancy state. It helps relieve muscle strain associated with childbirth, eliminates excess fluids held within the body tissues, assists in restoring the abdominal muscle wall, facilitates in shrinking of the uterus, and helps decrease symptoms of post partum depression. Some therapists perform postpartum massage immediately after a normal delivery. We prefer at least a 24-48 hour window period after delivery. It is always best to consult your physician as to when is it okay for you to receive the massage. For women who had Cesarean delivery, it is best to wait for 4-6 weeks prior to receiving an abdominal massage or depending on your physician's advice.

3. LACTATION MASSAGE:
This technique helps induce the flow of milk. This may be done immediately after delivery with consent from the physician. It addresses the common nursing problems of new mothers such as engorged breasts and plugged up ducts.

4. INFANT MASSAGE
We do infant massage for babies 4mos up to 1 year old. This will help you deepen your bond with your baby, relieve the infant's pain from teething, congestion, colic, and other illnesses, calms the baby and improves the sleep pattern, aids in development of premature babies or those with special needs, improves muscle tone, relieves gas and constipation, promotes healthy weight gain, improves breathing pattern, promotes healthy weight gain, and strengthens the immune system.
