Ang ganda mo dati, anong nangyari sa face mo?
Hala bakit nagkaganyan mukha mo?
Parang nabugbog mukha ng anak mo!
Anong nangyari sa face mo bakit ang dami mong tigyawat?
Ito yung ilan sa mga medyo nakaka-ilang at nakaka-offend na sinasabi sa akin ng mga tao kapag nakikita nila yung face ko dahil sa Acne breakout ko, masakit pero dinadaan ko na lang sa pagngiti para kunwari Okay lang ako.
Sa mga may kaibigan o kakilala na may Acne breakout please be kind and sensitive sa mga sinasabi natin lalo na patungkol sa pimples nila hindi lang namin pinapakita pero nasasaktan kami.
Siguro sa iba ang petty o ang babaw lang pero para sa amin masakit na yun. Acne is a serious skin problem kapag meron ka nito lahat apektado lalo na ang self-esteem mo kaya instead na punahin natin, asarin o biruin natin sila about sa Acne breakout nila i-encourage natin sila at iparamdam natin na naiintindihan natin ang pinagdaraanan nila.

Happy Hearts Day to myself🌻
Self love is not being selfish because you cannot give something you don’t have.
You must first Love yourself then you’ll be able to love other people.
May mga nagtatanong sa akin bakit wala pa akong BF my answer is bata pa ako😅 and I’m still on the process of learning how to love and value myself.
“You can’t love unless you love yourself”.

Post-inflammatory erythema (PIE) is pink or red marks that are left on your skin following acne or an injury. PIE usually affects people with lighter skin. The marks may fade over time. People with darker skin are more likely to develop a similar type of condition, called post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH).
After ng pamamaga or ng severe Acne breakout nag-iiwan ito ng pink or red marks sa ating mga balat at ito ay tinatawag na P.IE/P.IH.
