JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Greet customers when they arrive at the store and ask if they need assistance.
-Process sales transactions at the POS (Point-Of-Sale) counter
-Suggest upsell items to customers based on the items they have chosen.
-Replace merchandise on the shelves, paying special attention to end caps.
-Arrange special sale and clearance items at the front of the store for maximum visibility.
-Build rapport with customers and provide them with genuine guidance and support.
-Inventory management and doing stock inventory checks.
-Work effectively with other team members.
-Handle difficult customers.
-Capable for deployment in other branches.
-Long-term employee and no planning for going back to school.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-High School Graduate or College Level
-Amenable to work in designated time of work schedule.
-Willingness to work straight duties with no Restdays if needed.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
-Exeptional customer service skills
-Self-driven and motivated
-Energized and outgoing
-Proactive and organize
-Excellent communications and enterpersonal skills/ pleasing personality.
-Team player
-Experience in retail is advantage but not required.
-Must be atleast 5’2 above in height
-at least 20-28yrs old
