Making cream and lotion isnβt that easy. You have to be very careful with the formula and the mixing process because even small mistakes can ruin the result. Sometimes it turns out too watery or the texture isnβt right, which can be frustrating and even cause lossesβespecially when everything is done manually. I donβt have my own factory or professional mixers, and Iβm the only one making everything, so it really takes a lot of effort. The demand can also be overwhelming at times, so please understand if there are slight inconsistencies.
