✅ Step 1: Siguraduhing aktibo ang iyong PhilHealth membership at ihanda ang iyong PhilHealth Identification Number (PIN).

✅ Step 2: Magparehistro sa isang PhilHealth Yakap Accredited Clinic sa pamamagitan ng eGovPH App, PhilHealth Member Portal, o sa pinakamalapit na PhilHealth Office/Yakap Clinic.

✅ Step 3: Magpakonsulta sa Yakap Accredited Clinic upang makakuha ng Unique Prescription Security Code (UPSC) mula sa doktor.

✅ Step 4: Dalhin ang iyong reseta na may UPSC at valid government-issued ID sa EC Family Pharmacy upang ma-claim ang iyong libreng gamot. Kung representative ang kukuha, magdala ng authorization letter at valid ID ng miyembro.

✅ Step 5: Pirmahan ang Gamot Availability Slip.
