Is it wrong to work hard and hustle? I think no.
But hustling without resting and meditating in the Lord always leads to burnout, stress, anxiety and frustration.

The story of Mary and Martha always reminds me that Jesus wants us to listen first with our whole body, soul and mind in His presence rather than doing all the important things that we need to do. Don't get me wrong, Martha just wanted to serve the Lord as well, yet she was totally "upset and worried" as she tried to please Him. But with Mary, she realized that Jesus just wanted her deep intimacy and connection with Him.

Yes, it's great that you excel in school, work, business, ministry and all—but sitting at His feet makes you whole.

Before you make a decision, ask Him.
Before you work and serve, rest in Him.
Before you say a word, confirm it from Him.

Abide in the vine so you can bear much fruit. 🌱
