In celebration of the 125th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary with the theme “Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, at Galing para sa Bayan,” the City Government of Cabadbaran, through the City Human Resource Management Office, launches the Digital Poster Making Contest with the theme: “GAD Awareness through the Lens of the Civil Service Month Theme.”

Description:
The poster features diverse Civil servants, highlighting various professionals and workers united by a commitment to competence and honor. It also promotes Gender Inclusivity and representation within the Civil service , challenging traditional Gender roles by showing that both Genders are equally capable and valued in different fields of public service,.

📌 VOTING MECHANICS for PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARD
1. All official entries will be posted on the City Human Resource Management Office - LGU CBR page.
2.Voting period: September 17, 2025 (12:00 PM) to September 22, 2025 (1:00 PM).
3.Points System:
Each reaction (Like/Heart) = 1 point
Each public share = 5 points
4.Share must be:
