πWHY DO WE NEED TO APPLY LIP BALM BEFORE PUTTING ANY LIP TINT IN OUR LIPS?
Simple because if you don't put any lip balm or lip essence your lips will be so dry and always chapped. As you can see in the picture the without lip balm is so so dry unlike with the lip balm that so hydrated and alive.
