Dear April Nail’s family,
We regret to inform you that our main store at CTC has been closed. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and deeply appreciate your continued support.

I would like to provide a brief explanation. Since 2017, our main store has been dedicated to nail design and services, and we have never hesitated to invest in staff training. We have maintained good relationships with past employees even after they left.

However, it is with great regret that we encountered an unprecedented issue—embezzlement and theft by a certain employee. Over several months, this individual repeatedly misappropriated funds and stole from the store, which indirectly led to a loss of trust among staff and financial shortages.

As a result, we ultimately made the difficult decision to close the store. The remaining team members will continue working at our Uptown branch.

This situation has been disheartening for me, and I also hope to remind everyone to stay vigilant to prevent similar incidents from happening.
