ORANGE CAKE

RECIPE

🍊250g of flour(sifted)

🍊250g of margarine

🍊150g of sugar

🍊1teaspoon of Baking powder

🍊5 eggs

🍊 Orange food color 1tablespoon

🍊 Orange zest(outer skin of citrus fruit for garnishing)

🍊 2teaspoon of orange flavour

🍊 1/2cup of orange juice

PROCEDURE

🍊 Cream the margarine and sugar in a clean mixer or bowl using spatula, cream till well combined and fluffy.

🍊 Whisk the egg and mix with the margarine mixture.

🍊 Introduce the orange flavour and orange juice.

🍊 In a clean bowl sieve the flour, baking powder and orange food color mix together.

🍊Pour the flour mixture into the margarine mixture and combine well.

🍊 Add the orange zest for garnishing.

🍊 Grease the baking pan with margarine or line with parchment paper.

🍊Bake in a preheated oven with moderate temperature between (120-180 degree Celsius) for 30-40 minutes.
