It is a common misconception that depriving oneself of food is the best way to lose weight. However, this is not a healthy approach. These macronutrients are called ESSENTIALS because our body cannot survive without these two. While carbohydrates provide energy, they are not as essential as the other two macronutrients because our body can produce glucose from proteins and fats. Inadequate intake of nutrient-dense foods can result in our body accessing our muscles as a source of energy, leading to weakness, fatigue, and an unhealthy appearance. Therefore, it is crucial to maintain a balanced diet that includes all the essential macronutrients to promote overall health and well-being.

1. To eat nutrient- dense meals
2. Meet protein and fats requirements
In this way, we are doing the right way on weight loss. we don’t go into nutritional deficiencies and we don’t our waste muscles.
