Kaya mo bang i-juggle ang lahat ng responsibilidad mo sa trabaho, pamilya, simbahan at kung anu-ano pa kung wala ang tulong ng iba? Sa palagay ko ay hindi. Kaya huwag mong solohin ang trabaho. Huwag mo solohin ang problema. Huwag mo rin solohin ang tagumpay. Hindi ikaw lang yan. Tandaan mo, great things happen when people work together.

Mga professionals at manggagawa mula sa iba't-ibang bansa na may iba't-ibang kakayahan ang nagbuhos ng kanilang oras, lakas at talento para maitayo ang isang istraktura na imposibleng gawin ng iisang tao lamang. A great vision and a great dream is not meant to be achieved alone. Kailangan natin ang isa't-isa. Kailangan nating magka-isa.

What are the benefits of working together?

1) Heavy burdens become light. Ang mabigat na pasanin ay gumagaan kung marami kayong bubuhat nito. Habang lumalaki ang isang organisasyon mas lalo itong bumibigat at humihirap patakbuhin. Nang makita ng biyenan ni Moses na si Jethro na masyado ng mabigat ang responsibilidad nito at kahit ang maliliit na alitan ay sa kanya pa rin inilalapit ng mga tao, pinayuhan niya ang kanyang manugang na baguhin ang leadership style nito. He advised Moses to identify capable men and delegate some of his responsibilities to them. Hindi nababawasan ang value mo sa kumpanya kapag marunong kang magdelegate ng tungkulin sa iba. When you empower other people, you make your business more sustainable. Kung masyado kang nabibigatan sa mga responsibilidad mo ngayon, baka naman dahil sinosolo mo ito. Allow others to carry the burden with you.

2) What seems impossible becomes possible. Ang tila impossible ay nagiging possible kung mayroon tayong mga katuwang. Isipin mo na lang halimbawa ang bayanihan. Kaya ba ng isang taong magbuhat ng isang bahay. Siyempre hindi. Pero dahil marami ang bumuhat at tumulong, nagiging posible ang lipat bahay dahil sa pagbabayanihan. Do not let the hugeness of your dream stop you from accomplishing it. Possible mong maabot iyan sa tulong ng Diyos at ng ibang tao.

3) Work with a common vision. Hindi sapat na mayroon kang kasama sa trabaho. Minsan nga ang dami-dami ninyong gumagawa pero parang hindi nyo pa rin maabot ang goals ninyo. We need to work with a common vision. Kung tayo ay kanya-kanya, kahit marami tayo, wala pa rin tayong magagawa. You will be pulling each other in different directions. Mag-aaway at magkakapaguran lamang kayo ng wala kayong nararating.

Ang sabi sa Psalm 133:1, "How good and how pleasant it is when God's people live together in unity!" Kapag tayo ay gumagawa at nagtatrabaho ng may iisang pangitain at pangarap, ang mabigat ay gumagaan at ang tila impossible ay nagiging possible. MAGKA-ISA! MAGMAHALAN! MAGTULUNGAN! Huwag maghilahan pababa! Huwag mag-isip ng masama sa kapwa! Huwag magmalaki o magyabang! Huwag magmataas!
Huwag magmagaling! Huwag maninira! Huwag magbibintang! Huwag magdamot! Ang kapalit… ay pagpapala! 😉🏆💯

Courageous Living

Ano nga ba ang susi ng pamumunong may paninindigan at tapang na kailangan natin sa ating buhay at trabaho? May magandang paalala sa atin sa Joshua 1:7-8 tungkol sa kahalagahan ng lakas ng loob at katapangan, "Only be strong, and very courageous, then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success." Ang tagumpay ay para sa mga may matibay na kalooban.

Magandang araw partners para sa inspiradong buhay, trabaho at negosyong umaasenso.

You need courageous leadership to succeed in life and in business. At paano natin ito isasabuhay?

1) Real courage is not the absence of weakness but the ability to overcome it. Ang tunay na katapangan ay hindi naman kawalan ng kahinaan. Lahat tayo ay may weakness. Lahat tayo ay may flaws. Ngunit hindi mo hahayaan na pigilan ka ng iyong weaknesses para abutin ang mga mithiin mo. Ang pagkilala sa iyong kahinaan at kakulangan ay isang hakbang tungo sa katapangan. To overcome these weaknesses is real courage.

2) Real courage is recognizing your need for others. Katapangan din ang pagkilala na kailangan mo ang tulong ng ibang tao. We are stronger when we work with others. May mga bagay na natatakot tayong gawin kung mag-isa lamang tayo. Pero kapag may kasama na tayo, lumalakas ang ating loob hindi ba? Draw courage from the people you value and trust.

3) Real courage is possible in Christ. Maraming bagay sa trabaho at buhay natin ang hindi tayo maglalakas loob na gawin kung nakatuon tayo sa sariling lakas lamang natin. But focus on who God is, focus on what Christ has done for you and you will be courageous to face life's challenges. Isa sa mga battle cry ko sa tuwing ako'y panghihinaan ng loob ay ang Philippians 4:13 "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Kapag kailangan mo ng tunay na katapangan, lumapit ka sa Diyos at sa Kanya ka humingi ng lakas ng kalooban.

Kailangan mo bang maging matapang para harapin ang mga problema mo sa trabaho at negosyo? Real courage is not the absence of weakness but the ability to overcome it. Real courage is recognizing your need for others. Real courage is possible in Christ.

PANGARAP❤️

Normal lang na may mga taong hindi makakaintindi sa’yo.

Minsan, 'yung mga pangarap mo, sobrang laki sa paningin nila, kaya minsan tatawanan ka, minsan pagdududahan ka, minsan huhusgahan ka pa.

Ang pangarap mo, hindi kailangang maintindihan ng lahat. Basta malinaw sa’yo at malinis ang intensyon mo.

Ang dami nang sumuko sa pangarap nila dahil lang sa sinabi ng ibang tao. Dahil sa nararamdaman na tama sila wala naman nangyayari at nagpapagod lang. Don’t be one of them.

Huwag mong hayaan na pangunahan ka ng mga taong hindi naman nakakakita ng pangarap mo.

‘Yan ang vision na binigay sa’yo ni Lord, kaya may dahilan kung bakit nasa puso mo ‘yan.

Gamitin mo ‘yung doubt nila bilang gasolina.
Prove them wrong, not out of pride, but out of purpose.

Hindi para patunayan ang sarili mo sa kanila… kundi para patunayan sa kanila na kinaya mo at possible rin na kayanin nila.

Your win can be someone else’s wake-up call.
Your success could be someone’s inspiration to keep going.

Ito lang ang paalala, habang inaabot mo ang pangarap mo sana palagi mong isama si Lord sa bawat hakbang mo.

Rooted in Strength.

Last year while I was still living in Korea, I remember walking through a road after winter where almost every tree looked barren and lifeless.

At that time, I was also emotionally exhausted.
Broken.
Tired of waiting.
Tired of silently carrying everything.

That night I prayed honestly:
“Lord, I need a suddenly moment.”

The next morning during my devotions, the message was about God being a God of “all of a sudden.” Then YouTube randomly autoplayed “All of a Sudden” by Elevation Worship.

Before leaving for coffee, I quietly asked God:
“If this is really You… show me.”

And when I walked outside, the same road that looked barren the night before was suddenly full bloom with cherry blossoms everywhere.

I stood there crying because I couldn’t believe my eyes.

And honestly, I think God was reminding me:
just because things look barren today does not mean God is not preparing bloom tomorrow.

It reminded me of Joseph too.
One moment he was forgotten in prison.
Then suddenly, he stood before Pharaoh.

Years of process…
then suddenly, everything shifted.

Sometimes we focus so much on the waiting season that we forget God can move faster than we expect.

One conversation.
One answered prayer.
One opportunity.
One God-ordained moment can change the entire direction of your life.

Sometimes Heaven changes things suddenly.
Quietly.
Unexpectedly.
All at once.

And if this is you right now — tired, emotionally drained, questioning God, waiting for breakthrough… trust me, I understand because I’m also going through seasons where I’m still learning how to surrender and trust His timing fully.

God is still a God of “all of a sudden.”
A God of plot twists.
A God who can make barren places bloom again.

“Until the time came to fulfill his dreams, the Lord tested Joseph’s character.”
