Referred to by his employees as Sir Nong, Paulino Francisco came from the bloodline of successful hair stylists in the country including his uncle Jun Encarnacion. Mentored by Jun Encarnacion himself, Sir Nong learned the art of revealing the natural beauty of Filipinos. After perfecting the art of hairstyling, he opened his first branch in Tutuban Centermall.

True enough, he had the powerhouse of hair stylists that are working inspired and always cuddly. In fact, Hair CUT Salon was able to put up a couple of other branches in Quiapo and Bulacan. As the services continue to grow in numbers – from hair rebonding to Peppermint Sea salt spa – so do the branches. As of May 2015 our family has grown over 60 branches nationwide!!
