The email never went out.

And suddenly everyone's scrolling through Slack trying to remember who was supposed to do what.

I got tired of that.

So I built something for our operations meetings.

AI joins the Zoom call.

The meeting ends.

AI reads the entire transcript, picks up every action item, figures out who it's actually assigned to from the conversation, suggests deadlines based on the context and complexity of the task, and automatically creates everything in our Project Management tool.

No one has to manually write action items.

No one has to remember who said they'd do what.

And that's only half of it.

Every morning at 8 AM, another automation checks the board, looks for anything still open, groups it by owner, and posts a reminder in our Operations Slack channel tagging the right people with exactly what's still outstanding.

No chasing.

No "just following up."

No founder carrying 37 open tabs in their brain trying to keep the business moving.

The biggest win isn't the AI.

It's getting the mental load out of your team’s heads so they can do meaningful work.

Humans are better at the meaningful work.
