Thank you for all of your queries with Pain Relief Rub. Here are some of Frequently Asked Questions.
1. Do you have available stocks?
• Since in the middle of February 2020, stocks have been hampered due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. We will let you know first hand once stocks are replenished.
2. When will be the stocks be available?
• We currently can't give tentative date since production itself is also being stopped since its considered to be a non-essential product.
3. How much is the price per piece?
• We will still be at Php180 per piece even the recent price increase has taken effect last March 15, 2020.
We hope for your understanding and continue patronage with our products.
We have received numerous queries if we were selling 5grams of PRRs- WE DON'T. We have discovered that a group of distributors were reproducing one of our items. May this serve as a reminder to our dear customers to take note of the ORIGINAL MARKINGS of our product to avoid such confusement.
The Creations Spa Essentials will continue to fight those who attempt to abuse our name and brand to sell counterfeit products and deceive our customers. If you discover web pages, bazars or retail shops appearing to be selling counterfeit of our products, please report it to us.
