What is Deep Week? 🌊
Deep Week is a special freediving event held in different countries, and currently taking place in Coron, Palawan. It’s a structured training program where participants go through progressive sessions from Wave 1 to Wave 3, designed to improve skills, technique, and confidence in the water.
Throughout the week, divers train daily to build skills, complete requirements, and most importantly—enjoy the experience of freediving.
After intense dive sessions, proper recovery is essential.
That’s where Dayo Spa Coron comes in—helping reduce muscle tension, ease soreness, and provide deep relaxation through quality massage therapy.
A good massage helps your body reset, allowing you to feel refreshed and ready for a better diving experience the next day. 💆♀️💆♂️
