"I have been swishing and spraying since September 9th. I started out swishing 1 cap full 2xs a day, for a month then I went to 2 cap fulls 2x's a day.
I am 59 years old and of average health but I could improve on my daily routine. So far I'm most excited about my sleep that has been improving tremendously. So slightly embarrassing to say the least!! I was a big 🏃‍♀️ in my younger years and had muscular legs. I’ve let my legs go in my recent years. I had liposuction done on my legs in the fall, but that left very loose skin even with micro needling, but this is 3 weeks on swish and 10 days on the spray both 2x a day. My skin is tightening up.
